Browse the shop, add items to your cart, and proceed to checkout. Enter your German delivery address, select Bitcoin as your payment method, and copy the wallet address shown. Send the exact crypto amount to that address, then email your Transaction ID (TXID) to orders@cannahaus.de.com. We process your order within 24 hours of confirming payment.

Orders can be changed or cancelled before payment is confirmed. Once we've confirmed your crypto payment and the order moves to Processing, it cannot be cancelled. Contact us immediately at orders@cannahaus.de.com if you need to make changes.

No minimum order. However, orders over €80 qualify for free standard DHL delivery (saving €5). We recommend combining products to hit the free delivery threshold.

Once your order ships, you'll receive a DHL tracking number via email. You can also track using your Order ID on our Track Order page. Orders typically ship within 24 hours of payment confirmation.

Cryptocurrency provides maximum privacy for both parties and eliminates chargebacks. Bitcoin is widely accessible via German-friendly exchanges like Coinbase, Kraken, and Binance. It typically takes less than 10 minutes to set up an account and buy crypto for the first time.

The easiest options for German buyers are Coinbase, Binance, or Kraken. Download the app, verify your identity with a photo ID (takes 5–10 minutes), and buy Bitcoin with your debit card. Send the exact amount shown at checkout. If you send slightly too little, email us your TXID and we'll invoice the difference or adjust your order. If you overpay, we'll apply the difference as store credit. Never round up or down — crypto prices fluctuate and exact amounts matter.

Bitcoin typically confirms within 15–60 minutes. Once your transaction appears on the blockchain and you've emailed us your TXID, we process your order immediately and aim to dispatch same-day for orders confirmed before 1pm on weekdays.

Standard DHL delivery takes 1–3 business days after dispatch. Next-day delivery is available for orders placed and payment confirmed before 1pm on weekdays. We dispatch within 24 hours of payment confirmation.

Yes. All orders ship in plain, unmarked padded mailers with no branding, no product imagery, and no indication of contents. The sender name is a generic business name. Products are vacuum-sealed in odour-proof bags before outer packaging, so nothing is detectable in transit.

We currently ship within Germany only. Some remote areas may have longer delivery times. We do not ship internationally at this time.

If tracking shows no movement for more than 5 business days, contact us at orders@cannahaus.de.com with your order ID. We'll lodge a DHL investigation. If the parcel is confirmed lost (typically within 7–10 business days), we will reship your full order at no charge. We never leave customers out of pocket for postal errors.

Yes. Every product batch is tested by accredited third-party laboratories for potency (THC/CBD percentage), terpene profiles, pesticides, heavy metals and microbials. Certificates of Analysis (COAs) are available on request. We never list a batch that fails testing.

Start low and go slow. Our gummies are 50mg THC each — beginners should start with 10–25mg (¼ to ½). Wait at least 90 minutes before taking more. Edibles take longer to kick in than vaping (45–90 min onset) but last much longer (4–8 hours). Never mix with alcohol.

We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. You can request a refund or reship if your order arrives physically damaged, you received the wrong item, the quality significantly differs from the description, or your parcel is confirmed lost. Approved refunds are issued in Bitcoin, at the exchange rate at the time of refund. We do not issue EUR cash refunds. Alternatively, we can apply the full value as store credit with no expiry. Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days of approval.

Email orders@cannahaus.de.com within 30 days of delivery with your order ID (starts with CPO-), photos of the issue if applicable, and whether you prefer a reship, refund, or store credit. We respond within 4 business hours and resolve most cases within 48 hours.

If DHL tracking shows no movement for more than 5 business days, or shows delivered but you haven't received it, contact us immediately. We'll lodge an investigation with DHL. If they confirm the parcel is lost, we will reship your full order at no charge. We do not leave customers out of pocket for postal errors.

We collect only the minimum data necessary — your delivery address and email. Payment is handled entirely in crypto (no bank or card details stored). We never sell your data to third parties. Full details in our Privacy Policy.

All blockchain transactions are publicly recorded on the blockchain, but are pseudonymous — linked to wallet addresses, not identities. For maximum privacy, use a non-custodial wallet rather than an exchange wallet. Since we only accept crypto, no bank statement entry appears for your purchase.
