If you're not completely satisfied with your order for any covered reason, contact us within 30 days and we'll make it right.

✅ When You're Eligible for a Refund or Reship

    Order arrived damaged — packaging or product physically damaged in transit
  • ✓
    Wrong item received — you received a different product from what you ordered
  • ✓
    Quality significantly below description — product materially differs from the listed specification
  • ✓
    Parcel confirmed lost by DHL — after investigation confirms non-delivery

❌ What We Cannot Refund

  • ✗Change of mind once the order has been dispatched
  • ✗Incorrect delivery address provided by the customer
  • ✗Claims made more than 30 days after delivery
  • ✗Opened or partially used products (unless quality issue)

🪙 How Refunds Are Issued

All approved refunds are issued in Bitcoin, at the current EUR exchange rate at the time of refund. We do not issue EUR bank transfers.

Alternatively, you may choose store credit — credited to your account with no expiry date, at the full original EUR value of your order. Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days of approval confirmation.
