Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using the Cannahaus website at cannahaus.de.com ("the Site") or placing any order. By accessing the Site or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Age Verification & Eligibility

By entering the Site, you confirm that you are 18 or older and that purchasing and possessing the products available on this Site is legal in your jurisdiction. We reserve the right to cancel any order and refuse service if we have reason to believe these requirements have not been met.

2. Products & Legal Disclaimer

Products sold on this Site contain cannabinoids (including THC and CBD) and/or psilocybin. These substances are controlled under German law. By purchasing, you confirm:

Prices are displayed in EUR and are subject to change without notice. All payments are accepted in Bitcoin only. An order is only confirmed once we have received and verified your payment in full.

4. Delivery

We aim to dispatch within 24 hours of confirmed payment. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by DHL or factors outside our control. Risk of loss passes to you upon dispatch. We ship to German addresses only.

5. Returns & Refunds

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site — including text, images, logos, and design — is the intellectual property of Cannahaus and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cannahaus shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or products purchased from it. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the total value of your most recent order.
